You must review your ticket selection before you submit and confirm your order. There are no exchanges or refunds once a ticket has been purchased. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a refund or exchange may be possible upon immediate notification to us of any mistake caused by the system during the tickets purchase process.

Please make sure your billing address and zip code were both entered exactly as shown on the billing statement from your bank. If the problem persists, please try another credit or debit card or purchase your tickets onsite.

Yes, we have a box office at the event where you can purchase tickets with cash or credit card. However, due to capacity restrictions, tickets may not always be available at the box office.
We like to send in groups no larger than 4 or 5, so everyone gets a chance to shoot the zombies, however, you don’t have to have a group!
Please bring a photo ID of the person who purchased the tickets to the box office.

If you need to change your ticket, please email info@13thfloorchicago.com at least 48 hours prior to your purchased time slot and we will try to accommodate your request based on event availability.Time slot changes requested on site may not be accommodated.

A zombie will not “bite” you. The zombies cannot touch you (accidental touching may occur). If you run out of ammo, you will continue through the house like a normal haunted house.
No you cannot. No photography of any kind is allowed inside the event.
This question depends on which package you purchase and how fast you walk through the Apocalypse. Some groups run right through, while others take their time. It really depends on how well you can handle the fear!
No. All tickets are the same price.

We do not recommend pregnant women to go through the haunted house. We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them.
The Special Ops Mission is a longer mission than the Recruit Mission. The Special Ops Elite Mission is all of that plus extra ammo.

Cancellations and rescheduling need to be done 24 hours before your scheduled time. However, this event does tend to sell out, so if there are no more tickets available, then we are unable to reschedule your time. We highly suggest planning your trip in advance. However, please note, we do have a no refund policy. We do not give refunds under any circumstances.
