The time you select is your designated arrival time at Battleground.

GROUP SIZE INFORMATION
Groups are strictly limited to 6 members going through the experience together. Groups larger than 6 will be split into smaller groups. There are no exceptions to this rule and it is for the safety and satisfaction of all our guests. Some rooms in the attraction are too small for groups larger than 6.
Length of Experience
We provide no guarantees on the length of the experience because it is based on how quickly you travel through the experience. We estimate that most guests will spend 30+ minutes in the main attraction plus time for training, photo ops and a few staging areas throughout.
When planning your visit please allow for at least 90 minutes between the time you arrive and the time you leave. If you are purchasing multiple time slots in the same day please give ample time between.
All guests will get the entire experience no matter what arrival time you select. Do not be afraid to select a later time slot, you will not be rushed and the attraction will be fully operational until the last group is complete.

This experience has been drastically changed since Zombie Apocalypse Live was last hosted. The mission, monsters, settings, ect have all changed. The weapons have been slightly upgraded to improve reliability and ammo has been changed to create a more realistic experience.
Some groups travel right through, while others take their time. It really depends on how well you can handle the fear!
We send in groups no larger than 4 or 5, however, you don’t have to have a group to enter! We will not pair you with strangers. If your party is larger than 5, we will split you into smaller groups to make the experience more enjoyable for you.

Yes, we will have a box office at the event where you can purchase tickets with cash or credit card. However, due to capacity restrictions, tickets may not always be available at the box office.

Rescheduling need to be done 24 hours before your scheduled time. However, this event does tend to sell out, so if there are no more tickets available, then we are unable to reschedule your time. We highly suggest planning your trip in advance. However, please note, we do have a no refund policy. We do not give refunds under any circumstances.

Who Should Attend
We do not have an age limit for the event, however, due to the scary nature of the experience, it is suggested as PG13.
We do not recommend pregnant women to go through the haunted house. We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them.
With any medical condition, we suggest talking to your doctor or physician before coming through the attraction. Very heavy fog effects are in use in the attraction, so we do recommend bringing your inhaler or any device that you may need.
We’d also recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women consult their physician before going through the attractions.
Please note that if you purchase tickets and then decide not to attend for medical reasons we do not offer refunds. You may however always sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.

A monster will not “bite” you. The creatures cannot touch you (accidental touching may occur). If you run out of ammo, you will continue through the house like a normal haunted house.
